We were thrilled when the organisers offered us the opportunity to present at the 10th edition of the Living Forum conference. We packed up blocks of all sizes, prepared our installation, and on April 29, we got up early, woke up a flock of fifty PI-PI birds, and set out to spend an eventful day at the DOX Contemporary Art Center in Prague.

We presented our work together with other local designers and brands in the event’s DESIGN+ Zone. We were excited to see everyone’s latest creations, meet lots of interesting people, and introduce our new bird, TUTU, as well as unicorns, swans, and the XYLONAUT building set. Even architects were surprised by all the stuff you can build with XYLONAUT. High praise!

At KUTULU, we are big fans (and occasional collectors) of interior design, so the entire event was right up our alley. We enjoyed the “Interior of the Year” award ceremony in the evening and various lectures during the day, including the presentation of Cissy–a new lounge chair designed by Patrick Norguet for TON. We can confirm that it’s not only gorgeous, but also incredibly comfortable!

And those 50 PI-PI birds? They quite literally flew out into the world! We handed them out to local and international attendees who stopped by our installation.
